Everscale is a BFT PoS blockchain with a native token called EVER. The blockchain supports the execution of smart contracts in its own virtual machine.

Everscale is one of the most technologically advanced and completed blockchains for today: its technical design allows multithreaded execution of smart contracts. With less than 1,000 validators, this blockchain can withstand a load of over a million transactions per second. The average time of block formation is 3 seconds, and the finalization takes almost nothing.
With the execution of current near term roadmap this number will go down even further to sub second finality.
The “gas” price in Everscale is extremely low because of the ability to withstand loads. In this year, it will become even lower when we’ll launch a new consensus protocol.
Everscale already has a bridge to Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Fantom, Cardano. Soon, we plan to add Tezos and BTC, as well as a NFT bridge to Ethereum. All this makes Everscale an ideal hub for connecting various blockchain networks. Everscale already has a set of DeFi and NFT services and their number will only increase. Lots of services cannot wait when we implement them.
